The main menu is the panel ot the top of the screen. It contains:

several sections (the set of sections depends on your tenant configuration):

Click on the Profile name or image, the system will show a drop-down menu with:
list of settings options
Profile settings
Data export button
Sign out button
Profile settings
Profile settings allow you:
to change your profile photo
to change your password
to set Two-Factor authentication
manage email addresses: add, remove, set primary email address
review active sessions
