Profiles
Profiles
A Profile is a basic concept in the Trustform platform. It is an object that records the relationship between a company using Trustform and external organizations or individuals. A Profile includes the applicant and the structure of related persons and/or companies.
If it is a client relationship, such a Profile is called an Account. However, Profiles can also represent other types of relationships — for example, Partners, Introducers, or Suppliers. The set of profile types is part of the system’s initial configuration.
Since Accounts represent the most common types of relationships, they are usually included in the default configuration.

Profile connections
Profiles can be connected to one another.
The profile page includes tabs for each available type of profile connections— the set of connection types depends on your tenant configuration.
On these tabs, you can:
view profiles linked to the current one,
remove a link by clicking Unlink in the corresponding table row,
create a new link using the Link button.
Note: linked profiles are not part of the profile’s internal structure.

Landing page
The profile page is the landing page, where the user is redirected to upon authorization. It helps view and manage profiles, track verification statuses, and sort the profiles list by various attributes, such as priority, next KYC review date, etc.
