Identity check via Client Area

TrustForm leverages Idenfy's liveness check to ensure the authenticity of client identities. This process involves capturing live images and verifying identity documents to prevent fraud and enhance security.

When applying for services through the TrustForm Client Area, customers may need to complete the identity verification process. Please follow these steps:

  1. Access Client Area:

    • Access the TrustForm Client Area as described in the section.

    • Customers applying for an Individual account will be asked to perform Identity Verification (Liveness Check) as the first step of the application process.

  2. Begin Liveness Check:

  • You will be prompted to use your mobile phone camera to scan the QR code.

  • Follow the link to begin Identity Verification using your phone (preferable) or device camera)

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to position your face within the frame and perform required movements (e.g., blinking, turning your head) to confirm liveness.

  1. Document Upload:

  • Next, you will need to upload identification documents (e.g., passport, driving licence).

  • Ensure the documents are clear and fully visible. Follow the prompts to take photos of the document's front and back sides.

  1. Submission and Confirmation:

  • Review the captured images and ensure all details are correct.

  • Submit the images for verification.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your documents are successfully uploaded.

  1. Verification Result:

  • The system will process your information. This may take a few minutes.

  • Once the verification is complete, you will be notified of the result within the Client Area.

  • If sucessful, you will be redirected to the rest of the onboarding application
