Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: What information is required from clients for risk assessment? A: Necessary information includes all details specified in your customer risk assessmenet tool (Excel file). Appropriate questions need to be refelcted in the Application form.

Q: How is the risk level categorised? A: The risk level is categorised in accordance with your Company's risk management policies and based on the criteria defined in the CRA template.

Q: Can I update the CRA template? A: Yes, you can upload new versions of the CRA template through the "CRA settings" section in TrustForm.

Q: Do I need different templates for different client types? A: Yes, separate CRA templates (Excel files) are needed for each type of client (e.g., individual, corporate, trust, partnership).

Q: Can I reassess a client's risk level after onboarding? A: Yes, you can reassess a client's risk level at any point in their lifecycle by using the "Calculate risk rating" feature in TrustForm.
