Identity check via Case Management
If an account manager initiates an identity verification request on your behalf, follow these steps:
Receive Verification Request:
You will receive an email notification with a link to complete the identity verification process.
Access the Verification Link:
Click on the provided link to be directed to the identity verification page.
Liveness Check:
Use your device’s camera to perform the liveness check as described above.
Follow the on-screen instructions for the liveness check.
Document Upload:
Upload the required identification documents.
Ensure the photos are clear and fully visible.
Submission and Confirmation:
Review and confirm the uploaded images.
Submit your images for verification.
You will receive a confirmation message once your documents are successfully uploaded.
Verification Result:
The system will process your information, and show the verification result.
You will be notified via email if any further information is required.
