Identity check via Case Management

If an account manager initiates an identity verification request on your behalf, follow these steps:

  1. Receive Verification Request:

    • You will receive an email notification with a link to complete the identity verification process.

  2. Access the Verification Link:

    • Click on the provided link to be directed to the identity verification page.

  3. Liveness Check:

    • Use your device’s camera to perform the liveness check as described above.

    • Follow the on-screen instructions for the liveness check.

  4. Document Upload:

    • Upload the required identification documents.

    • Ensure the photos are clear and fully visible.

  5. Submission and Confirmation:

    • Review and confirm the uploaded images.

    • Submit your images for verification.

    • You will receive a confirmation message once your documents are successfully uploaded.

  6. Verification Result:

    • The system will process your information, and show the verification result.

    • You will be notified via email if any further information is required.
