Review the profile

  1. Once the account profile is complete and has been sent to review by an Account Manager, it becomes visible in the Accounts table for users with review capabilities (Compliance Officers). The account will be marked as “Ready to review”, indicating that forms have been completed and the account is ready for review and verification.

  2. When you visit an Applicant profile, all forms pending review will be marked in the sidebar with a blue clock icon, as well as listed in Tasks.

Please note that you need to review each form in the application.

  1. To review, click the “Make decision” button at the bottom of a form.

4. If you are satisfied with all the information provided, you can approve it by selecting "Approve" from the drop-down list.

If the form is approved, an icon in the sidebar will change to green to indicate that the entire form has been successfully reviewed and approved.

  1. The account review is complete when all forms have been verified successfully. The account review status will then change to "Verified."

  2. If you are not satisfied with the information provided, or have any questions or comments, you can select "Reject" and provide your comments in the Comment field.

  1. Once rejected, an icon in the sidebar will change to red, to indicate that the form has been rejected/ further information is required.

  1. You can change your decision at any time and re-verify the segment as “Approved”, should you change your mind or receive new information that affects your decision.

  2. Account profile, where one or multiple forms have been rejected will change its status to "Update required". This change is visible to the Account manager assigned to the account who’ll receive an appropriate notification and a prompt to modify information that has been rejected by the reviewer.

Leave comments

  1. You can add comments to forms by pressing the "Comments" button at the top or bottom of the form and entering your comment.

The comment will become visible to all users with access to the account.

  1. The top button also displays the number of comments added to the form, which can be viewed by clicking the button.
