Events and Notifications
The table below lists the systems events relevant to the case management feature and the appropriate notifications.
Status | Event description | Notification |
Draft | A draft case has been created | |
Sent | New case has been created | New Case [Case ID] has been opened |
Revoked | The case has been revoked | |
Viewed | The case has been viewed by the client | |
Updated | The case has been updated by the client | You have a new update in Case [Case ID] |
Closed | The case has been closed | Case[Case ID] is now closed. |
