Draft

A draft case has been created

Sent

New case has been created

New Case [Case ID] has been opened

Revoked

The case has been revoked

Viewed

The case has been viewed by the client

Updated

The case has been updated by the client

You have a new update in Case [Case ID]

Closed

The case has been closed

Case[Case ID] is now closed.
