Case attributes

  • Request type – type of data requested

    • Information request

    • Identity verification

  • Status - the state of the case

    • Draft – new case has been created, but not sent yet

    • Sent – the case has been sent to the recipient

    • Viewed – the case has been viewed by the recipient

    • Updated – the recipient has responded to the request

    • Closed – the case has been resolved and closed

    • Revoked – the case has been revoked before the recipient has responded

  • Author – TrustForm user who created the request

  • Date sent - the date the case was sent to the recipient

  • Due date – expectation for the response to be recieved no later than, optional field
