  1. Customer Risk Assessment

Manual re-assessment

TrustForm CRA tool enables you to recalculate client risk rating, e.g., in the following cases:

  • when new information about the customer becomes available in course of the onboarding

  • when new information about the customer becomes available in course of the existing client lifecycle (e.g, a positive sanctions match is found, or customer informs the manager of changes during periodic review)

  • when new template for risk calculation becomes available

Reassessing Risk Manually Across Client Lifecycle

  1. To reassess a client's risk level at any point in their lifecycle, navigate to the client's profile, Applicant tab, Customer Risk Assessment section.

  2. Click on "Calculate risk rating"

  3. TrustForm will export the latest client data into the appropriate CRA Excel template and recalculate the risk level.

  4. The updated risk level will be displayed in TrustForm.

  5. Review the reassessed risk level and take appropriate actions as necessary.

  6. If you have any notes you'd like to add, feel free to use Comments section.

4. Managing Templates

  1. If no template is available for calcualtion, an error message will be displayed in the Customer Risk Assessment section when calculation is requested.

  2. The CRA template used for the calculation can be viewed within the TrustForm UI for reference, in the Customer Risk Assessment section.
