Managing CRA templates

Uploading a CRA Template

  1. Log in to your TrustForm account.

  2. Navigate to the "CRA settings" section by clicking on your user name in top right corner of the dashboard.

  3. Click "Upload" to upload CRA Templates for each type of client you work with.

  4. Select the Excel file containing your CRA calculation tool and upload it.

  5. Ensure the template is correctly formatted according to the requirements specified by TrustForm.

  6. Upload separate templates for each type of client (e.g., individual, corporate, trust, partnership).

  7. Once uploaded, the templates are visible in the table (Template column) and will be stored and used automatically during client onboarding.

Managing CRA Templates

  1. Access the "CRA Settings" section from the TrustForm dashboard.

  2. View a list of all uploaded CRA templates.

  3. To update a template, click on "Upload" and select the updated Excel file.

  4. Ensure the new template adheres to the required format for seamless integration.

  5. Previous versions of the CRA templates used for calculations can be viewed within the TrustForm UI for reference. To view, go to the Applicant tab, Customer Risk Assessment section to see ehat template has been used for a specific calculation.
