Account profile

Client profile is the main space for Account Managers to work within: here, you can enter client data, carry out checks on client’s identity documents, perform CDD, as well as set the client risk level and the account status. You can also benefit from an account page visualisation tool, to help view account structure and quickly access all necessary client information and documents.

Overview

The Overview tab provides general information about the account, so to provide you a quick overview of everything you need to know about the client.

You may be able to change various fields and update statuses, depending on your user type, e.g., client account status can only be changed by account managers, whereas risk level is set by the reviewers / compliance officers.

Tasks

Tasks is a list of all actions required to verify the account and complete onboarding, e.g., client information and documents that need to be added to the system as part of the client onboarding procedure.

You can view your to-do list either by going to the account Overview page (right-side panel) or by clicking the “Tasks” button in the top right corner on any page within the Account Profile.

If you click on any action in the list, the system will navigate you to the correct form with the missing information.

Event log

The Event Log displays a chronological timeline of key activities related to the account.

Each event entry shows:

  • Who performed the action (e.g. End client, John Doe, Unknown user)

  • What action was taken (e.g. case viewed, manager assigned)

  • When it happened (exact date and time)

The log may include events such as account creation, manager assignment, case submission or status updates and others.

To help you quickly find relevant information, the log includes:

  • Smart search by keywords

  • Filters by event type and date range
