Learn how to complete identity verification in the TrustForm Client Area using iDenfy’s secure liveness check to confirm your identity and prevent fraud.

Overview

When applying for services through the TrustForm Client Area, individual customers may be required to complete identity verification as part of the onboarding process. This step appears automatically when you begin your application for an individual account.

Identity Check Process

To complete the Identity check, follow these steps:

Starting the Identity Check

  • You will be prompted to scan a QR code using your mobile phone camera.

  • Follow the link to start the verification on your mobile device (recommended) or use your computer camera if preferred.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to position your face within the frame and perform simple movements – such as blinking or turning your head – to confirm liveness.

Uploading Identity Documents

  • Next, you’ll be asked to upload your identification documents – for example, a passport or driving licence. Make sure the images are clear, well-lit and all details are fully visible.

  • Follow the prompts to capture photos of both the front and back sides of your document.

Submitting and Confirming

  • Review all captured images and ensure the information is correct.

  • Click Submit to send your documents for verification.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your files have been successfully uploaded.

Verification Result

  • The system will process your information – this may take a few minutes.

  • Once the verification is complete, you will see the result in the Client Area.

  • If the verification is successful, you will be redirected automatically to continue your onboarding application.
